DESCRIPTION OF AN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN VIA ESQUITO, MO The property is situated in the Municipality of Montottone, district of Ascoli Piceno in the Marche Province.
It is located outside the urban centre, almost 1 km from the entrance of the village coming from Fermo or the litoral sea.
The property is situated on the top of a very panoramic hill, with a view which goes from Sybilin Mountains to the town of Fermo toward sea, and it is surrounded by agricultural ground of a total surface of 5930 m2, with 12 olive trees and a fig tree.
The building is about 120 m from a house in the nord side, and about 80 m from another house in the south; both these buildings have electricity (that means that the electrical linking would be realized at these distance from our building); in the ground of the property is already present a derivation for water linking.
The property has a destination of rural use, and it is registered in the Land Office with the following identifications numbers: Partita 1106 Foglio 6 Particella 89 (terreno) e Foglio 6 Particella 90 (fabbricato rurale).
The Certification of urban destination enclosured to the purchase act, and dated 05.11.2004 , indicate the property as included in area “E” agricoltural.
The building develops in two floors outside the ground, plus a garret, and has following plan dimensions : 9,00 x 7,00 with an height to the eaves of 5,00 m plus a lateral volume of about 4,00 x 7,00 having an height of 2,00 m at the lower side of roof (see attached drawings).
At ground floor there is a stable with small windows and a room with a fire-place; at first floor there are four rooms and the stairs continue to the garret.
The building goes back to about hundred years ago, and shows the typical caracteristics of rural houses: walls are made by bricks, floors by wood with flat tiles and a pitched roof with wooden structure and roofing tiles “crowns” the building.
The house is in bad conditions, but it is possible a conservative restoration.
